Staying in a residential estate near the beach is a fantastic way to experience a quieter, more local vibe. the proximity to the beach allows for easy access, making it ideal for a relaxing day spent by the sea. the rooms are clean and spacious, with a great view of the water. the service is accommodating, with friendly staff who are more than happy to help. the breakfast spread is tasty and well-presented, featuring a range of options to suit different tastes.

The soundproofing in the rooms could be better, as the noise from above can be heard quite easily.

Beach access, value for money. Included in our rate were all meals including drinks like beer and wine and the food is very good! Also looks like most of the rooms have ocean view.

Location. The hotel is half an hour by car or bus from Kudadasi. There are very few shopping or service options where the hotel is located.

Only 5 minutes drive to love beach. The hotel building is nice. We appreciated it: )

Our stay at Grand Belish was a great long weekend getaway. Hotel is brand new, service was excellent and for money paid it was great deal. We even prolonged by one more night to enjoy it more. Staff was friendly and helpfull, facilities excellent.

Had a great experience during New Year's Eve at this hotel. Loved the beautiful beachfront location and the spacious and clean rooms with balconies overlooking the sea. The buffet dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant were also highlights, with delicious options to choose from.

The WiFi in the room was spotty at times and pillows were a bit lumpy. soundproofing could have been better as footsteps from the room above could be heard.

This hotel is an impeccable retreat, offering an unforgettable and luxurious experience. the outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and beach umbrellas, perfect for relaxing under the sun. the spa centre offers a vast range of treatments, such as a full body massage and body scrub, while the sauna creates a peaceful and relaxing environment. The location is also excellent, with direct access to the beach and garden area. Cons: Though this hotel fulfilled most of our luxurious needs, the only minor issue we encountered was the wait for a facial at the spa.

The hotel had a prime location next to the beach. the environment-friendly hotel offered stunning views from the clean, spacious rooms, which had facilities for making coffee and tea. the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the food was delicious with a broad range of choices.

The air conditioning made a lot of noise, making it challenging to sleep at night. the WiFi was unreliable, and it was practically impossible to access it from the rooms.

Perfect hotel to relax by the beach. Clean facilities and fantastic staff. Private beach access was convenient. Great breakfast options.
